My Life

I was born and raised here in Mainz. After having spent grade 11 in the US, I finished school in 2007. Since then, I study tourism and travel management at college in Worms, a city about 40 km from home. My last semester is dedicated to wine tourism in Rhineland-Palatinate, the federal state of which Mainz is the capital.
Being born and living here has led to a passionate love for Mainz - a fact I like to show everyone who wants to.

I have always been interested in history. The focus of my studies in high school were history, English and French. When I thought about how to fiancially support my studies, I happened to read an article about Mainzer tour guides and that they are looking for new colleagues. They gave me a chance and everything worked out fine.

This is how I became a tour guide, and I am loving it. Please come see Mainz!
